Amy has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years to both teens and adults. Her practice is traditional Vinyasa yoga with attention to breathwork and sequences which build on each other in order to guide the body into each asana safely, with a natural progression.
Amy became interested in yoga in her 20s as a way to ease anxiety and relax. Through studying herbalism she was introduced to Ayurveda, and many of Amy's work both on and off the mat incorporate Ayurvedic practices.
Amy is a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and enjoys helping folks in her class by guiding them on their own yogic journey.
We get serious. We get silly. We get woo woo. It's all good.
