Dude, chill. Sometimes life is hard. Long term stress can lead to weaker immune systems, sleep issues, and a ton of other yucky stuff you do NOT want. Is stress going away? Um, no. So you just better prepare for it any way you can. Like, with adaptogens!

 

This cold infusion is a no-fuss way to let the herbs do their thing while you (hopefully) sleep. In the morning just strain that sucker and warm it up if you like it that way. Easy peasy. This works best if taken 2 times a day, so consider doubling up on the recipe. 

 

Directions: place 1 -2 tablespoons of tea in jar or other glass container- cover with 8-10 oz room temperature water. Stir. Cover. Allow to sit on counter overnight. Strain in the morning and enjoy! Can make a larger amount and drink throughout day.
