About the event

This two-day intensive at the Barefoot Medicine Farm explores the art of reading the body’s visible signs to better understand patterns of health and imbalance. Through observation of the face, tongue, nails, and overall presentation, we begin to recognize how the body communicates what it needs, often before symptoms fully take hold.


Rooted in a living lineage of herbal practice, these teachings were carried from William LeSassier to Margi Flint, and are now shared through my work as a continuation of this tradition.


Throughout the weekend we’ll explore how different features of the body reflect the state of the organ systems. You’ll begin to see how patterns show up visually through color, texture, tone, and structure, and how these observations can guide supportive herbal choices.


This work offers a way to both confirm what you’re already sensing and uncover new directions when issues within the body seem unclear. As health…
