In this unique experience you will receive customized healing through herbs, coaching, and movement or energy work. Choosing from either the Reiki or Yoga options, you will receive 5 hours of in-person sessions to help nourish and relax your nervous system. We begin with a 60 minute consultation to address your needs, in which we will make a plan while I also provide you with your own individualized herbal tea (4 ounces). You are free to schedule your 4 Reiki or Yoga sessions when it is convenient for you.
